Hardesty, Broken Arrow library branches to close for move to new service model

A change in hours for some branches will also go into effect soon.

The improvements will create an environment at both branches similar to that at the temporary Librarium downtown and the Brookside branch, which already went through the renovation.

Among the changes will be new self-check-out machines that also allow users to pay fines; lower shelves that will create a more-open space; and an iPad lounge where customers can read newspapers or magazines online, among other things.
